42.505 Authority of State Investment Commission.
Subject to the limitations of KRS Chapters 41 and 42 the State Investment Commission is <br>authorized to make purchases, sales, exchanges, investments, and reinvestments, of any <br>of the securities and investments in which any of the state funds shall have been invested, <br>as well as the proceeds of said investments and any money belonging to said funds.
