42.490 Transfer of fund balances of county.

42.490 Transfer of fund balances of county. All unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under KRS 42.300, <br>and all unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under KRS <br>42.330, and all unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under <br>KRS 177.970, shall be transferred to that county's account established to implement the <br>provisions of KRS 42.450 to 42.495. Funds transferred may be used for those purposes <br>authorized by KRS 42.450 to 42.495. Effective: July 1, 1980 <br>History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 394, sec. 9, effective July 1, 1980.
