42.360 Rules and regulations for implementation of KRS 42.350 and 42.355. The commissioner of the Department for Local Government shall promulgate rules and <br>regulations governing submission and approval of proposed capital projects, the <br>expenditure of moneys from the fund, and the designation of beneficiary agencies <br>involved in capital projects as shall be appropriate to the implementation of KRS 42.350 <br>and 42.355.
