42.001 Definition of writing.
As used in this chapter, "writing" or "written" means letters, words, or numbers, or their <br>equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, <br>magnetic impulse, mechanical or electronic recording, or other form of data compilation.
