41.340 Annual report by Treasurer. The Treasurer shall make a clear, distinct and intelligible report of all money received and <br>disbursed during each fiscal year, showing the receipts and expenditures of each year on <br>account of every department of the public service, the name of each state depository and <br>the rate of interest paid by it. The report shall be published annually and the Treasurer <br>shall submit the report to the Governor, the Chief Justice, and the Legislative Research <br>Commission ninety (90) days after the close of the fiscal year.
