41.320 Governor may require statement of condition of Treasury. The Governor may require, at any time, a full statement of the condition of the Treasury <br>from the Finance and Administration Cabinet, Treasurer and the depositories. The <br>Treasurer shall, at all times when called upon by the Governor, exhibit his books and <br>accounts and his cash on hand or on deposit. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
