41.280 Records to be kept by Treasurer.

41.280 Records to be kept by Treasurer. The Treasurer shall maintain the necessary records to exhibit accurately the Treasury's <br>cash balance. The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall provide the Treasurer with <br>accounting data that will accurately describe the Commonwealth's financial condition. <br>The Treasurer shall keep a record of each depository, showing the amount deposited and <br>the date, and the amount checked out and the date.
