Owners or operators of facilities covered under KRS 39E.120 shall identify, within thirty <br>(30) days of notifying the commission that the facility is subject to this chapter, the name <br>of a facility representative who will work with the local committee in the development of <br>emergency plans, and that person shall provide information necessary to the development <br>of those plans.
