39B.100 Contracts permitted.
The chief executive or governing body of each political subdivision of the state may: <br>(1) Enter into a contract or lease with the state, or accept any loan, or employ personnel,
and the political subdivision may equip, maintain, utilize, and operate any property <br>and employ necessary personnel therefor in accordance with the purposes for which <br>the contract is executed; and
(2) Do all things and perform all acts deemed necessary to effectuate the purpose for
which the contract was entered into in accordance with the Kentucky Emergency <br>Operations Plan.
