35.080 Court-martial jurisdiction of National Guard or active militia -- Rules and regulations. The National Guard or active militia shall have court-martial jurisdiction over all subject <br>persons. The Governor or adjutant general shall have the power to promulgate rules and <br>regulations governing the conduct of court-martial proceedings.
