Page 1 of 1 18A.410 Duties of Personnel Steering Committee. The Personnel Steering Committee shall: <br>(1) Oversee all Executive Department pilot personnel programs, including the selection of the organizational units authorized to participate in a pilot personnel program; (2) Monitor and evaluate all Executive Department pilot personnel programs; <br>(3) Prepare status reports; <br>(4) Prepare a final report; <br>(5) Make recommendations for legislation to the 1996 and 1998 Regular Sessions of the Kentucky General Assembly; and (6) Report at least quarterly to the Legislative Research Commission's Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue. This report shall include the amount of <br>money saved by the pilot personnel programs and how the money was or is to be <br>spent. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
