17.566 Use of "approved provider" designation restricted.
Only persons approved under KRS 17.500 to 17.580 and 17.991 may be known as <br>approved providers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or use any words or letters or <br>assume any titles or description tending to convey the impression that they are approved <br>providers.
