17.562 Quorum -- Votes for action of board.
A quorum of the board shall consist of at least six (6) members. The concurring votes of <br>five (5) members shall be considered as the action of the board, except in the case of <br>revoking a certificate, in which case the concurring votes of at least seven (7) members <br>shall be required.
