(1) The following officers shall be appointed by the commissioner: (a) Commercial vehicle enforcement officers; <br>(b) Arson investigator officers; and <br>(c) Hazardous devices investigator officers. (2) Facilities security officers shall be appointed by the secretary as special law enforcement officers under KRS 61.902. Effective: June 25, 2009 <br>History: Created 2009 Ky.
