16.090 Training school.

16.090 Training school. The commissioner is authorized to organize and maintain a training school or schools for <br>officers of the department, and in connection therewith to provide by administrative <br>regulation the course and conduct of such training and the period of time for which any <br>officer, or any applicant therefor, shall attend such school. The commissioner, under such <br>administrative regulations as he or she may promulgate, is further authorized, but shall <br>not be required, to make such training facilities available to any local governing unit <br>within this Commonwealth.
