15A.011 Definitions for chapter.
As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: <br>(1) "Cabinet" means the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet; <br>(2) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Juvenile Justice; <br>(3) "Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice; <br>(4) "Facility" means any facility operating under the authority or control of the
Department of Juvenile Justice; and
(5) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet.
