All law enforcement agencies and investigative bodies shall notify the Department of <br>Charitable Gaming of any investigation or prosecution of any violation of the charitable <br>gaming laws as soon as reasonably possible after commencing the investigation or <br>prosecution and shall coordinate any investigation with the department.
