14A.4-050 Obligations of registered agent. (Effective January 1, 2011)
The duties of a registered agent are to: <br>(1) Forward to the entity or foreign entity for which it is the registered agent any service
of process, notice, or demand received on its behalf; and
(2) Collect and maintain the information described in KRS 14A.4-010(3).
