11.150 Negotiations with Indiana, Ohio, or Illinois -- Ratification of agreements. The Governor is expressly authorized to negotiate with the appropriate authorities of <br>Indiana, Ohio, or Illinois and to ratify any agreements with Indiana, Ohio, or Illinois, <br>including but not limited to any agreements governing the registration of motor boats or <br>the operation, equipment or safety of any vessel as defined in KRS 235.010, which may <br>be needed as a result of the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in <br>Kentucky v. Indiana, No. 81, Original, or the decision of the Supreme Court of the United <br>States in Ohio v. Kentucky, No. 27, Original. Effective: July 15, 1986 <br>History: Created 1986 Ky.
