8.050 Encouragement of state-local and interlocal cooperation. The Commission shall encourage state-local and interlocal cooperation by formulating <br>proposals for, and by facilitating the enactment of statutes and the adoption of <br>administrative agreements to give departments and agencies of the Commonwealth and <br>the local governmental units of the Commonwealth broad authority to enter into <br>intergovernmental agreements, contracts and compacts.
