6.575 Legislators' Retirement Plan insurance fund -- Purpose.
(1) There is hereby created and established a state fund to be known as the "Legislators'
Retirement Plan Insurance Fund."
(2) The fund is created for the purpose of providing a fund separate from legislators'
retirement funds, and is to be used to provide fringe benefits to retired recipients of <br>legislators' retirement benefits, and to their dependents or beneficiaries named in <br>KRS 6.577.
