The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall, on the first and fifteenth <br>day of each month, during the time the General Assembly is in regular or extraordinary <br>session, draw his warrant on the Treasurer in favor of each member of the General <br>Assembly for the sums set forth in KRS 6.211.
