Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 88.--CAPITAL OUTLAY LEVY, FUND AND BONDS

      72-8806.   Bonds outside debt limit.Bonds issued under authority of K.S.A. 72-8805 or 72-8810 shall not be subjectto or within any bonded debtlimitation prescribed by law and, in determining the amount of bondedindebtedness of any school district for determination of any such bondeddebt limitation, bonds issued under this section shall not beconsidered.
