Article 84.--PURCHASE OF INSURANCE

      72-8417.   Same; personal property, loss, theft, damage; authorizationto purchase.The board of education of any school district may purchase insurancecontracts for the benefit of students, to insure against loss resultingfrom loss, theft of, or damage to, the personal property of students whileon school premises, or during school sponsored activities.
