72-8415. Same; contribution to premium payment by employer.Any school district or community junior college which is authorized byK.S.A. 72-8414 to procure a contract insuring itscertificated employees and other employees or any class or classesthereof under a policy or policies of group insurance covering one ormore risks or to procure a contract with a health maintenanceorganization to provide health care services for such employees may payall or a portion of the premiums on such policies or the charges on suchcontract from the funds of such school district or community juniorcollege.
