Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 84.--PURCHASE OF INSURANCE

72-8401. Boiler insurance.The board of education or other governing body of any school districtowning or operating boilers may purchase boiler insurance which insuranceshall include inspection of boilers, and pay for the same out of thegeneral fund or other appropriate fund of the school district.
