      72-7103b.   Qualifications of candidates for elective office upontransfer.When a transfer of school territory is effective for election purposesas provided in K.S.A. 72-7103, any electorresiding in the territory transferred shall be entitled to be acandidate for and hold office in the receiving district but shall bedisqualified to be a candidate or hold office in the giving district.
