Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 65.--STATE AID TO WASHBURN UNIVERSITY

      72-6501.   Definitions.As used in this act:

      (a)   "University" means Washburn university ofTopeka;

      (b)   "state board" means the state board ofregents; and

      (c)   "state grant" means the operating grant provided for under subsection(a) of K.S.A. 72-6503, and amendments thereto, and if entitlement isdetermined, the quality performance grant providedfor under subsection (b) of K.S.A. 72-6503, and amendments thereto.
