72-6014. Education commission of the states; compensation andexpenses.Compensation and expenses of members of the education commission of thestates shall be paid by the state board of regents for the memberappointed by it, by the legislative coordinating council for legislatormembers and by the state board of education for all other members,except the governor. Members of the education commission of the statesattending meetings of such commission, or attending a subcommitteemeeting thereof authorized by such commission, shall be paidcompensation, subsistence allowances, mileage and other expenses asprovided in K.S.A. 75-3223. The state board ofeducation shall include in its annual budget request funds necessary tofinance this state's contribution requirements under K.S.A. 72-6011.
