72-4476. Northeast Kansas technical college;official designation.(a) The Northeast Kansas area vocational school, also knownas theNortheast Kansas area technical school, is authorized to beconverted to and established as a technical college and, upon such conversionand establishment as provided by law, shall be officially designated as theNortheast Kansas technical college.
(b) Whenever the Northeast Kansas area vocational school, or the NortheastKansas areatechnical school, is referred to ordesignated by or in any statute, contract or other document, such reference ordesignation shall be deemed to apply to the Northeast Kansas technical college.
