Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-1731.   Same; teacher defined.In construing this act, the word teacher shall include all members ofthe teaching staff employed by the board of education of such city, whichshall include superintendents, supervisors and assistants to thesuperintendent of instruction, principals, and teachers.
