68-736. Same; resolution, publication; time for protests.Whenever a petition is presented in accordance with K.S.A.68-735, and is approved by the board of countycommissioners, then they shall proceed to make the improvement in themanner provided for in K.S.A. 68-729 and any amendments thereto.
