Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 7.--IMPROVEMENT OF ROADS IN BENEFIT DISTRICTS

      68-711.   Maintenance and repair.All roads improved under the provisions of this act shall thereafter bemaintained and kept in repair by the county in which said improved roadsare located, in the same manner and method as required for federal aidroads as indicated in section 3 [*] of chapter 264 of the Session Laws of1917.
