68-538. Reports of township overseer.Each township road overseer shall keep an accurate account of all laborand materials used by him in the construction, repair and maintenance oftownship roads and culverts on forms prescribed by the county engineer, andin such manner as will enable the township board to determine the actualcost of constructing, repairing and maintaining the roads and culvertsunder his jurisdiction. He shall make a careful, itemized, signed report ofthe same and present it to the township board on the first of each monthfollowing the month in which the bills were incurred.
