      68-1505.   Inapplicable to certain rivers.This act shall not apply to that portion that lies within or alongsideof any drainage district, of any of the navigable rivers of the state, thatflow through or alongside any drainage districts organized under chapter215 [*] of the Session Laws of 1905 or any statutes of the state amendatorythereof.
