      68-1030.   Designation of part of U.S. 24 as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.memorial highway.United States highway 24 from the west end of theintercity viaduct to the intersection of Waterway Drive and State Avenue ishereby designated as "the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial highway." The city of Kansas City shall place markers along the highway'srights-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial highway.
