Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 5.--POWERS OF RAILROAD COMPANIES

      66-538.   Severability clause.The provisions of this act are hereby declared to be severable. If any provision of this act shall be found by the decision of a court ofcompetent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such decision shall notaffect the validity of any other provision of this act.
