66-522. Same; attorney's fee, when.In case payment for such car or cars of coal shall not be made withinthirty days after the same has been confiscated, converted or divertedto the use of any railroad company or common carriers, then theconsignee may recover a reasonable attorney fee, in addition to theamount provided in K.S.A. 66-520.
