Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1204.   Same; penalty.Every railroad corporation, bureau, corporation, association orpartnership, and every person, officer, agent and employee thereof,violating any of the provisions of K.S.A. 66-1203,shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall bepunished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars for eachoffense.
