Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,200.   Natural gas public utilities; definitions.As used in this act:

      (a)   "Natural gas public utility" means any public utility defined inK.S.A. 66-104, and amendments thereto, which supplies natural gas.

      (b)   "Commission" means the state corporation commission.
