      66-1,141.   Provisions of 66-1,138 to 66-1,140 supplemental to ch.66, art. 1.The provisions of K.S.A. 66-1,138, 66-1,139 and 66-1,140 shall be and shallbe construed as supplemental to and as apart of article 1 of chapter 66 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and anyacts amendatory thereof or supplementalthereto.
