Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,138.   Certain vehicles exempt from 66-1,139 and 66-1,140.K.S.A. 66-1,139 and 66-1,140 shall not apply to any truck, truck tractoror passenger vehicle used in operations exempt under the provisions of K.S.A.66-1,109 and any amendments thereto.
