Article 6a.--MEAT AND POULTRY

      65-6a33.   Slaughter and preparation of meat andproducts not for humanfood, not inspected; identification.Inspection shall not be provided under this act at any establishment forthe slaughter of livestock or poultry, or the preparation of any carcassesor parts or products of such animals, which are not intended for use as humanfood, but such articles shall be denatured or otherwise identified asprescribed by rules and regulations of the secretaryof agriculture prior to their offer for sale, distribution or transportation[in] intrastate commerce, unless naturally inedible by humans, to detertheir usefor human food. No person shall buy, sell, transport, distribute or offer forsale, distribution or transportation, or receive for distribution ortransportation in intrastate commerce, any carcasses, parts thereof, meat ormeat food products or poultry or poultry products of any such animals which arenot intended for use as human food unless they are denatured or otherwiseidentified as required by the rules and regulations of thesecretary of agriculture or are naturally inedible by humans.
