Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 65.--SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS AND AUDIOLOGISTS

      65-6512.   Fees.The secretary shall fix by rules and regulations the licensurefee, sponsorship fee, temporary licensure fee, renewal fee, late renewalfee, reinstatement fee,and examination fee, ifnecessary, under this act. Such fees shall be fixed in an amount to cover thecosts of administering the provisions of the act. No fee shall be more than$200. The secretary shall remitall moneys received from fees, charges or penalties under this act to the statetreasurer in accordance with the provisions ofK.S.A.75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, thestatetreasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasuryto the credit of the state general fund.
