      65-662.   Same; minor violations; notice or warning.Nothing in this act shall be construed as requiring the secretary toreport for the institution of proceedings under this act, minor violationsof this act, whenever the secretary believes that the public interest willbe adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice orwarning.
