Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-654.   Same; penalties.Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of thisact shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall besubject to a fine of not more than three hundred dollars or imprisonmentfor a period of not more than sixty days, or both such fine andimprisonment at the discretion of the court.
