Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-637.   Same; penalty.Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of thisact shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereofshall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than fiftydollars ($50) for the first offense and not less than fifty dollars ($50)nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each succeeding offense.
