      65-5815.   Administrative proceedings; judicial review.Proceedings under the professional counselors licensureact shall be conducted in accordance with the Kansas administrativeprocedure act. Judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actionsunder the professional counselors licensure act shall bein accordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agencyactions.
