      65-5709.   Penalty for violation.Violation of section 304 of the federal act, as adopted byK.S.A. 65-5707, is a felony punishable by a fine of not more than $25,000 orimprisonment for not more than two years, or both, for the first convictionand a fine of not more than $50,000 or imprisonment for not more than fiveyears, or both, for the second or a subsequent conviction.
