      65-5702.   Definitions.As used in this act:

      (a)   "Commission" means the state emergency response commission createdby K.S.A. 65-5703.

      (b)   "Federal act" means the federal emergency planning and communityright-to-know act of 1986 (Title III, P.L. 99-499).
